Mo N. ElDeiry has been practicing law in Broward County since 1997. Presently his practice is focused on representing clients in real estate, business and personal injury matters.
Many of the firm's clients are those who are injured in auto accidents, premises liability (slip & fall) situations, and other personal injury matters. Due to his diverse background and professional experience, Mo also represents many clients in matters involving commercial and residential real estate, along with corporate litigation and business law.
Prior to attending law school, Mo worked for five years in public accounting. In 1998 he fulfilled his lifelong goal and opened his own law practice in Fort Lauderdale. In 2006 he partnered with attorney Steven Rubino to form ElDeiry & Rubino, PLLC.
Attorney ElDeiry earned his undergraduate business degree from New York University in 1988 and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996. Mo was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1997 and to the U.S. District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida in the same year.
Mo is an active member of the Broward Legal community, and The Florida Bar. He is the driving force behind many networking endeavors, and is currently the host of the Power Lunch, a networking group for South Florida attorneys and legal professionals.

Steven Rubino, Partner
Steven C. Rubino assists clients in the areas of auto accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, civil litigation, probate and trust litigation. He has been involved in personal injury cases that have achieved multi-million dollar results.
Prior to forming ElDeiry & Rubino, PLLC, Steven began his career with the Boca Raton law firm of Barbieri & Screnci, P.A. and became a named partner in 2004.
Steve graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1990, and earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996, graduating with honors.
He is licensed to practice in Florida, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Steve is an active participant of the Broward and Palm Beach Legal Communities and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997.

Wendy ElDeiry, Esquire
Wendy Hill ElDeiry is a third generation native of South Florida. She graduated from the University of Miami with a business degree in 1991 and earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996.
Prior to joining the firm, Wendy began her career with Camner, Lipsitz and Poller in Coral Gables, where she focused on banking law and foreclosure litigation. She represented numerous banks and financial institutions throughout South Florida along with wealthy private individuals in hundreds of probate and foreclosure matters.
Today her practice is focused on representing those injured in personal injury, as well as probate, probate litigation and estate planning.
Wendy was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996 and to the U.S. District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida in 1997. She is an active member of The Florida Bar and the Broward legal community..
