Every client case is handled by an attorney

In many firms, cases are handled by paralegals. It’s more efficient for the law firm and this frees up the attorneys to handle “more important clients.” In some firms, you will meet your attorney during the initial meeting, but will rarely see him or her until the case closes.

While we have an excellent support staff of case managers, paralegals and legal assistants at ElDeiry & Rubino, our attorneys actively handle their own case loads and communicate directly with their clients. This helps to ensure that you get the attention that your matter deserves.

For some high-volume law firms, the goal is to quickly move files and quickly resolve cases, regardless of what’s in the best interest of the client.

We understand that, in many situations, our clients come to us under difficult circumstances and need personalized attention. All of the attorneys in our firm attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing Michigan, and all graduated from the same class in 1996. After 10 years of practicing law with other law firms, they formed ElDeiry & Rubino, PLLC in 2006.
